I have a small budget can I still order from you?Of course! All our products are affordably designed to fit in with all budgets! We've priced accordingly based on the quality of our products and our customers needs.

Do you have any money saving tips?Yes! If you're looking to save money but still want to experience our products we offer basic tasters of our products for free such as wedding venue planners! There's more information about how to access these on our Tiktok and Instagram but you can also contact us directly through email for any information.

Can I order a sample of a product before placing a full order?Yes, we offer sample orders for select stationery items to help you ensure the quality, design, and colours meet your expectations before placing a full order. If you can't find what you need then please contact us for more information.

Can I request a custom design if I don't see what I'm looking for on your website?We do! If you have a specific design in mind or would like something unique for your wedding stationery, please contact us. We'll be happy to discuss your ideas and work with you to create a custom design that meets your needs.

Are your products customisable?Yes, we offer customisation options for most of our stationery products, allowing you to choose from a variety of templates and colours to create a design that reflects your unique wedding style. All invitations are made bespoke with your ceremony details including names, dates, and venues.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at present. However, we plan to integrate this in the future, so sign up to our newsletters for any updates!

How long does it take for my stationery to arrive from ordering?If you order with next day delivery expect orders to arrive to you within 1-2 working days and standard deliver to arrive within 5-7 working days.

When should I order my wedding stationery?Order our wedding planners as soon as your engaged! This gives you plenty of time to plan and execute your dream wedding with our orders taking up to 7 working days to deliver to your door.
