Delivery Policy
We are currently only able to deliver items within the UK, we will be revising this in the future and will announce this on our website. Our next day delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses and does not include Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland. Please contact Shaadi Planners’ customer service if you think your address falls into this space.
During busy times such as our Sale period, please allow an additional 2-3 days for despatch.

Next day delivery is not available for this service.
Once your order is placed, we will email you a typeset proof to review. After approval, please allow eight business days for your order to be complete and dispatched.
Returns Policy
Items purchased on Shaadiplanners.com in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation.
Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 14 days.
Please ensure that all shaadiplanners.com returns sent to our Customer Service team are handled by an insured carrier. Shaadi planners cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items.
Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised stationery.
Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange or online gift card. Exchanges will only be offered at the current retail price for items that are in perfect condition, with the original packaging, and are part of non-discontinued collections or lines.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
